Estée Lauder Names Akhil Shrivastava Executive Vice President and CFO
The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has appointed Akhil Shrivastava as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2024. He succeeds Tracey T. Travis, who announced her retirement earlier this year.
Shrivastava brings over 25 years of financial and leadership experience to the role. Since joining ELC in 2015, he has held various senior finance positions, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Treasurer. Before ELC, Shrivastava spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, holding multiple finance and leadership roles across global markets.
In his new position, Shrivastava will oversee global finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and new business development. He will report to William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman, and Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO.
This leadership change is poised to support ELC’s strategic growth and financial objectives, with Shrivastava’s extensive expertise being a key asset for the company’s future.
