How did you start modelling and acting, talk us through the process from start to finish?

I was out with my mum in Covent Garden in London where I was spotted by a model scout from Bruce and Brown Children’s agency. My parents and I went in and met with them and they took some photos and put me on their books. I got my first job the following week for Next.

I was really busy as a model and loved it. The acting came a bit later. I got the acting bug when I auditioned for a big Hollywood movie and I actually got down to the last two for the role, but unfortunately missed out.

From there I did a couple of TV commercials in the UK, then when I moved to Australia at 9 I started acting in short films and music videos. I then landed my first big role in Jack Irish and then Neighbours.  Neighbours was where Margot Robbie, Kylie Minogue and other huge stars got their start.

What was your first big break in the industry?

I’ve actually been working really hard for a long time on the acting, so even though I’m beginning to get some great roles now, its just been a gradual process. Modelling, I just seemed to have a look that the the clients liked, so I’ve been very lucky.

What has been your favourite job so far?

I’ve actually had two favourite shoots for modelling. One was back in England when I was taken to a 500 year old castle for a shoot for Hackett. The second was an underwater shoot for Funky Trunks.

My favourite acting job was definitely Neighbours or Jack Irish, but being in the Peking Duk musiv video for Take Me Over was awesome fun too.

What is your dream modeling or acting job?

I’d love to work for some of the really big designers and be flown to really cool places to shoot.

My dream acting job would to be working in Movies. That would be awesome.

How do you deal with all the travelling required to be a model and actor?

Sometimes, it’s hard to get everywhere that you need to be, especially on my parents as they have to take me as I am too young to drive.  Early mornings are hard but it always exciting to go to different places, I’m really lucky and I love what I get to do.

When you’re not busy modeling, what are some of your favourite things to do?

I love hanging out with my friends and my family. I play basketball, swim and love playing computer games too.

You have a strong following on Instagram of more than 390,000; do you feel that has helped when it comes to working with brands?

Yes, it definitely helps. Brands want me to be seen wearing their clothes on my Instagram page. I really love clothes and shoes especially sports shoes. I’m desperate for a pair of yeezys.

What has been the one thing you’ve found to be most effective on Instagram for growing your Instagram account?

I’m having lots of fun doing Live streams at the moment. I think people like to be able to see what I’m doing in real time and it cool to be able to answer the questions they ask me. I seem to pick up a lot of followers each time I do a live.. They are also really fun to do.

Comparing where you are now with where you were when you started your Instagram account, what could you have done differently?

I don’t think I would do anything differently. I am just so lucky to have amazing followers, who support me with everything I do. I love that they are from all over the world, and are interested in me and my life. I’m just so grateful.

If you weren’t a model/ actor, what would you want to do?

I love looking at modern buildings, so I think I’d try to study as an architect. I’d love to create something new and exciting.

Where is your favourite place to travel?

I love going to new places. I’ve been really lucky to travel quite a bit but at the moment my favourite is Hawaii. I had a great holiday there.

What advice do you have for other kids your age that wants to be a model or an actor?

If it’s something that you really want then you should work really hard to achieve it. Nothing comes easy. I have had loads of lessons for acting, accent lessons, script lessons and many more. With modeling you have to learn how to move in front of the camera and I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing photographers who have taught me so much.

If you want it, go for it. But make sure you get a good agent.

Who will be your ideal actor/ model you’d like to work with in the future?

I’d love to work with the Rock Dwayne Johnson. He just seems like the coolest guy. I actually auditioned to be in Jumanji but didn’t get it……… so maybe next time….

For modelling I’d love to work with Gigi Hadid or Kendall Jenner… But I’m way to young ha ha
