She started modeling at the age of 3.She was featured in the music video for the Avicii song “Wake Me Up.”She was featured along with Aloe Blacc and Kristina Romanova in the music video for “Wake Me Up.”

How old are you and where are you from?

I’ll be 13 in June. I’m from the San Francisco Bay Area.

How did you start modelling, talk us through the process from start to finish?

Well from what my parents told me, we went to Capitola beach and took some pictures of me at the beach then my dad sent them to FORD modeling agency in San Francisco. We got a call from FORD saying they wanted to meet so we took the train up and they had a contract waiting for us. We had to get a work permit signed by the school and sign up for casting websites but only a few months later I had my first shoot with Macy’s.

What was your first big break in the industry?

Well after 3 years FORD stop representing kids in our area and I had to get braces so I pretty much stopped modeling. After a few months, I signed with JE and my braces came off. My 1st job back was with Ralph Lauren chaps then a month later we shot the “Wake me up” video.

What has been your favourite job so far?

My first old navy commercial. I was my first time in a Hollywood studio. We got to shoot on the WB backlot. I shot with some friend but the main character was Julia Louis-Dreyfus. She was so sweet and funny and she signed my 5th-grade yearbook.

What is your dream modeling job?

A promotional shoot for a movie I’m in, that means I would be in a movie and that would be fun.

How do you deal with all the travelling required to be a model?

Airplanes are no big deal it’s pretty easy. But driving to LA is about 6 hrs. I usually travel with my dad. We listen to a lot of music or stand up comedy. I also like to read and draw in the car.

When you’re not busy modeling, what are some of your favourite things to do?

Drawing and reading. I love my gym where I do Muay Thai and boxing on Tuesdays and Thursday. I also love swimming and going to Amp my jr high church small group.

You have a strong following on Instagram of more than 266,000; do you feel that has helped when it comes to working with brands?

I don’t know really. I know a lot of companies have approached us through Instagram. It can’t hurt though lol.

What has been the one thing you’ve found to be most effective on Instagram for growing your Instagram account?

I would say working with amazing photographers, makeup artists and stylists. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have anything to post. They make my life look way more interesting than it really is

How have you used Instagram to gain followers, market yourself and work with brands?

We really just post pictures. Most are professional and the story is usually what we are doing as a family like bowling or going to Comicon. I just want to use Instagram to show us

Comparing where you are now with where you were when you started your Instagram account, what could you have done differently?

Well, our first account got deleted by Instagram right when I hit 100K followers because my dad’s name wasn’t on the account. It took us a long time to regain that number but we lost a lot of celebrity followers that never came back

If you weren’t a model, what would you want to do?

If I wasn’t one I’d want to be one. Right now I’m 12 so I’m just finishing 7th grade

Where is your favourite place to travel?

I would love to go to London. I hope to go soon. My favourite place that I have been to was Chicago. We got to go there the week of the World Series so it was electric there

What advice do you have for other kids your age that wants to be a model?

Don’t quit. Follow your dreams. Be yourself the camera is just an extension of your friends so be real with it.
